Our Story

Our Group was established in 1993 and has built more than three decades of experience in real estate development, construction, and strategic advisory services across Central Europe.

The Group consists of BS-Networks Ltd. and BALO Ltd., both headquartered in Budapest. Until recently, our Austrian subsidiary, POTOM GmbH., operated in Vienna. Following an internal restructuring, its activities have been fully integrated into BS-Networks, allowing us to provide all services through a single platform.

BALO Ltd., our founding company, has extensive experience as a general contractor, delivering projects for public institutions, hotels, heritage buildings, castles, residential developments, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.

BS-Networks Ltd. was established in 2007 as a dedicated project company. Following the successful completion of its first developments, the company expanded its activities and today provides comprehensive advisory services covering real estate acquisitions, development strategy, project structuring, financing, and investment transactions.

Throughout our history, we have built long-term relationships with an extensive network of professional partners, consultants, financial institutions, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders. This collaborative approach enables us to support investors throughout the entire project lifecycle—from early-stage planning and due diligence to financing, development, and successful project execution.

For more than 30 years, our team has combined entrepreneurial thinking, technical expertise, and in-depth market knowledge with a strong commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
