OUR STORY

Our Hungarian-Austrian Group was established in 1993. The Group is made up of three companies. BS-Networks Co. Ltd., Balo Co. Ltd. operate in Budapest, Potom GmbH. operates in Vienna.

Our firstly established company is Balo Co. Ltd. Main scope of activities are to act as the main contractor of building projects of state institutions, hotels, listed buildings, castles, family and apartment houses, industrial and infrastructural facilities.

BS-Networks Co. Ltd. was created as a project company in 2007. After the successful completion of the first project it started to grow and nowadays it delivers professional advisory services related to the acquisition and financing of real estate properties.

Potom GmbH (2013) offers services in the field of the acquisition of planning and development rights essential for any hotel, tourism or leisure project.

Our group works together with a wide range of partners and subcontractors. It has high-level contacts at state authorities, actively participates in the funding and sales processes of building projects while representing the needs of the investor.

Our people have combined entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of specialist property sectors with the highest standards of client care for 25 years.
